Delivery and Returns

Each SOPHY piece is handcrafted to order and can require up to 5-12 full business days to produce.
Once your order is ready we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number.
Please note,  engravable items and custom-made items can take longer.
Orders in Greece are delivered via Geniki Taxydromiki and the shipping costs are 3,50€
Free shipping on all orders above 90€ in Greece.

RETURNS POLICY

Changed your mind? No problem! Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. Additional non-returnable items include custom-made, engraved & sale items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please send your purchase back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
